Tachyon9 is developing the next generation of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure through a site-agnostic platform that aligns expandable land, dependable power, modular data-center delivery, capital and long-term compute demand.
Our strategic relationship with Nidar/Yotta provides an important commercial and technical framework for anchor demand, customer requirements, operating alignment and AI-cloud deployment. This allows site selection, power architecture, cooling, commissioning and delivery sequencing to be shaped around real compute needs.
Tachyon9 plans repeatable facility-power phases of approximately 120 MW, with an initial design reference of up to approximately 100 MW of critical IT load per configured phase and a portfolio ambition of up to 1 GW of critical IT capacity. Each location remains subject to its own engineering, contracts, permits, financing, commissioning and customer acceptance.
Tachyon9 is building a demand-led, power-first development platform that can be applied across multiple qualified sites.
Yotta Anchor-Demand Relationship
Tachyon9’s relationship with Nidar/Yotta provides a strategic framework for anchor demand, technical alignment, operations and AI-cloud deployment. Each campus is advanced through its own site-specific definitive agreements.
Site-Agnostic Portfolio Strategy
The platform is no longer defined by one location. Tachyon9 is evaluating multiple U.S. opportunities against a consistent set of land, power, permitting, fiber, delivery and commercial criteria.
Strategic Control of Power and Land
The development model begins by securing expandable land and establishing a credible path to dependable power before presenting a campus as deliverable.
Modular 120 MW Phases
Campuses are planned around repeatable facility-power phases of approximately 120 MW, with modular delivery blocks that can be commissioned and accepted in sequence.
Portfolio Pathway to 1 GW of IT Load
Tachyon9’s long-range objective is to develop up to 1 GW of critical IT capacity across a qualified portfolio rather than relying on a single-site expansion claim.
Customer-Led Technical Alignment
Workload density, liquid cooling, resilience, service levels, commissioning and acceptance requirements inform the basis of design from the outset.
End-to-End Development Coordination
Tachyon9 coordinates site qualification, power strategy, data-center design, capital formation, delivery planning and capacity commercialization as one development process.
Disciplined Site Conversion
Land, dependable power, permits, fuel or interconnection, fiber, schedule, financing and customer acceptance must be evidenced for each location before capacity is treated as ready.
Built for Advanced AI Workloads
The platform is designed for high-density AI, HPC, enterprise and sovereign-compute requirements, including liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure and resilient digital connectivity.
Strategic Technology and Capital Partnerships
Tachyon9 works with technical, energy, construction and capital partners to create a financeable pathway from qualified opportunity to operating capacity.
